Leland Gamble, Founder

Leland has led Gamble Construction for over 22 years. His leadership has enabled the award winning company to continue to grow and remain fiscally sound regardless of the times. He has maintained a philosophy that has enabled the company to sustain business relationships for years as well as generate repeat business from previous clients. Leland still sits down with every prospective client with no obligation to this day.

Michael J. Pacifico, Owner

Michael J. Pacific has been crafting exceptional custom homes for over 25 years. A proud East Tennessean, he has dedicated his career to bringing quality and craftsmanship to every project. From the very beginning, Michael worked alongside Gamble Construction’s founder, Leland Gamble, learning firsthand the values of integrity, excellence, and customer service that define the company.

Now the owner of Gamble Construction, Michael continues to uphold its legacy while bringing fresh vision and leadership to the business. Leland remains actively involved as founder and advisor. Outside of work, Michael enjoys fishing, fitness, and spending time with his wife and three children.
